Billrooster helps you remember when household bills are due. It is a reminder tool — it does not pay anything for you, and you stay responsible for your own obligations.
Billrooster is a tool for recording household bills and renewals and reminding you about them. It is not a bank, a payment service, a bill-pay service, or a financial adviser, and nothing in it is financial advice.
We try hard to deliver reminders on time, but delivery depends on your device, browser, operating system, notification permissions, email provider and network — none of which we control. Reminders are not guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for paying your bills on time, and we are not liable for late fees, interest, penalties, service interruptions, or other losses arising from a reminder that was late, missing or wrong.
Using Billrooster requires an account, and the bills you enter are stored on our servers as well as on your device so they reach your other devices and so we can send reminders. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
You're responsible for what you enter. Please don't enter full bank account numbers, card numbers or other sensitive credentials — the app is not designed to hold them. How your information is handled, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to delete it are described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Billrooster.
Don't use Billrooster to break the law, don't try to break into or disrupt the service, and don't attempt to access other people's data.
Billrooster is free for up to 3 bills, with reminders included, for as long as you like. No card is required and it is not a trial that expires.
To track more than 3 bills you subscribe. Your first month is $4.80. Every month after that is $12. The subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel.
If a subscription ends, you keep every bill you entered and can still open, edit, export and delete them — but the free limit applies again, so reminders continue for your 3 oldest bills only. Nothing is deleted for not paying.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Each charge renews your access for one further month from the date of that charge.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting anyone: open Settings inside the app and choose “Cancel or update payment”. There is no phone call, no email required, and no retention questionnaire. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Refunds. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and email support@billrooster.com, we will refund that payment in full, with no questions asked. After the first 14 days, cancelling stops future charges but the month already in progress is not refunded.
Price changes. If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel before the new price takes effect. A price change never applies retroactively.
Features may change over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
Billrooster is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Billrooster is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You can stop using Billrooster at any time and erase your data from the Settings screen. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
